Fox Canyon is the most exciting canyon among the courses in Minakami Town, and is so popular that it has been featured on television and in magazines many times. You can jump in, slide down the waterfall, and swim. Canyoning is a fun activity that makes you feel like "Let's go play in the river!" on a hot summer day. Since you go down the river with just your body equipped, you can literally "experience" the flow of the river and the coldness of the cool rocks.

Beginners welcome! Safety talk Our qualified international guides are outdoor enthusiasts who are extremely knowledgeable about the outdoors in Minakami Town and will provide you with a thorough safety briefing. What language would you like the explanation to be in? You can choose from Japanese, English, or Nepalese (lol).
Practice in front of the waterfall The Fox Canyon course is the most exciting of the canyoning courses in Minakami Town. As soon as the course starts, there is a practice session to get used to the water and be swept away before heading to the main waterfall, so don't worry! Beginners, adults, and elementary school students can participate! We start upstream, but this is extremely helpful! The Ano River, which flows into the source of the Tone River, has such good water quality that you're sure to feel refreshed.
Lots of photos taken during the tour! We'll be taking loads of photos during the tour, so don't forget to smile! After the tour, you can download all the photos and videos from our website to your smartphone/PC for free! You can copy them as a link, so if you share the link with your friends, the photos will be downloaded in an instant♪
Swim in a natural pool full of negative ions A blessing from the mountains, perfect for the hot summer. Refreshing and invigorating to the whole body! The valley, which cannot be reached by car, is so beautiful that you would be reluctant to blink. The sunlight shining into the valley is so beautiful!

At the top of the waterfall! One of the highest waterfalls in Minakami Town, Anogawa Falls. It has a drop of about 20m!!! Be sure to try the exhilarating and spectacular Fox Canyon, which has been featured on TV many times!!

Fun after the tour ♡ We have organic rooibos tea available to warm you up after the tour. Cold version is also available.
Time schedule
Look for the colorful building in front of Minakami Station! The most eye-catching spot in Minakami Town! Meet at the colorful base in front of Minakami Station, where you'll feel like you're in a tropical country! If you're coming by car, there is a customer-only parking lot (free of charge), so please ask the staff standing by in front of the building.
Start accepting Once you have filled out the tour application form and paid, you will be given instructions on how to change into your attire.
Explanation of changing clothes We move to the deck area and begin the explanation of how to change into the equipment necessary for the tour. Please make sure to use the restroom first.
Group photo A group photo before the tour! With the colorful and beautiful bass in the background, the motto was "Let's Go Canyoning!"
Travel by shuttle bus We will travel by shuttle bus to the starting point of the canyon tour. We will depart for the popular unexplored area while passing through the town of Minakami!
Safety Briefing Qualified international guides who are experts in the outdoors of Minakami Town will give you a thorough safety briefing. What language would you like the explanation to be in? You can choose from Japanese, English, or Nepalese (lol) Please listen carefully♡
Tour photos Your guide will take lots of photos with a waterproof camera ♡ He will be taking photos of you as you are carried away by the current, so please don't forget to smile!!
