Among the many canyoning courses offered by Nature Planning, this is the cheapest option and is recommended for first-time visitors. Children from the first grade of elementary school can participate, but adult supervision is required.
This is a standard course that has been held continuously since Shizenha Kikaku was founded in 1999. Is it cheap because it's not interesting? No, no, I think you'll enjoy it!
There are small waterfalls and natural pools scattered around, so you can enjoy swimming and even shower climbing. There is also diving, so don't underestimate it just because it's level 1. Start with this course! Diving is optional. There are no water slides in Myo-o Valley, so don't try it!
The courses are designed so that anyone can enjoy them, from elementary school students to adults!

Dress code - Must bring items | ・Swimsuit - Skin-tight type. ・Shorts - Wear over your wetsuit. Any material is acceptable as long as they are durable and not easily removed. If you don't have shorts, you can rent them on-site for 500 yen. ・Swimming goggles - Transparent ones are recommended! If you wear glasses, bring a glasses band, a plastic bag for wet items, and a towel to dry your body - leave them in your car. ●What to bring - Undershirt (short or long sleeve) - Wearing a rash guard or a quick-drying dry shirt under your wetsuit will increase the heat retention effect. You can also wear two layers. Cotton products get cold when wet, so avoid them. ・Leggings or tights (also non-cotton) - Allows for smooth changing when wearing a suit, and also has a heat retention effect. ・Gloves - To protect and keep your hands warm.
