This is a winter twin canoe river tour where you can enjoy the winter scenery of the Tokachi River. The Tokachi River in winter welcomes you with a variety of beautiful winter scenery and winter birds! The best scenery can only be seen when conditions are harsh. You can see river mist, fog, diamond dust, ice formations, frost flowers, large lotus ice, and, if you're lucky, winter birds such as great goldeneyes, Steller's sea eagles, white-tailed eagles, and red-crowned cranes. It's also great to capture such photogenic scenery in photos. This is a photogenic tour.
You can enjoy the "winter scenery of the Tokachi River" that can only be seen in winter while going down the river. If you like photography, be sure to take lots of great photos! Those who want to experience winter activities can also fully experience the cold winter weather. Be sure to experience Tokachi in winter!

A tour to experience winter in Tokachi, Hokkaido The Tokachi River in winter is full of various views that can only be seen by going down the river. On mornings when temperatures drop below -20°C, river mist (mist storm) can form, creating a sea of clouds, and frost forms in the riverside forests, sometimes creating diamond dust reflecting in the sunlight. Be sure to capture these views in photos!
Encounter with winter birds In winter, migratory birds from Far Eastern Siberia and the continent fly to the Tokachi River to rest their wings. If the canal is clear, you may have a chance to see swans, Steller's sea eagles, white-tailed eagles, and mallards.
