This tour is not just sightseeing, but a genuine experience that only I, who left my job as a city employee to live alone in the countryside, can offer. By coming into contact with nature with the right perspective and coming face to face with life, you will have the opportunity to reconsider your own way of life and be empowered to change your life.
A mountain hike using all five senses to teach you how to see nature. We will share highlights of 15 years of knowledge. After arriving at Gochiso Forest, you will observe the butchering of half a wild boar caught on Ikuchijima Island. You are what you eat. To eat is to live, and you will experience this firsthand. All participants will eat together in harmony. On the table will be vibrant vegetables grown using natural farming methods on the island and wild boar meat that has just been butchered! With simple seasonings, you will be able to absorb the goodness and energy of the ingredients into your body.

Time schedule
Discovering the role of each living thing in nature (by hiking) The owner, a hunter, will guide you on a walk. The Satoyama landscape, which can be found anywhere, will take on a different look if you take a deeper perspective, open your five senses, and listen carefully to the sounds of the forest.
Experience touching life (butchering a boar) To live is to eat. By observing the process of receiving life, we can feel the true essence of the act of eating.
A special time (meal) to experience the forest and village with your body It is a moment when people connect with nature by eating naturally grown vegetables grown in collaboration with local people and wild boar that they hunted, and feeling the life and energy.
