This outdoor barrel sauna experience is located in the natural surroundings of River Trip Auto Campground in Mochigose, Tottori City. Experience a fully-fledged sauna experience with self-loyly in a beautiful forested setting. The cold bath uses natural water drawn from a nearby stream, providing a perfectly cool, relaxing environment even in summer. This is an exquisitely refreshing experience that combines forest bathing, open-air bathing, and a cold stream bath. Suitable for everyone, from solo travelers to families, couples, and groups, this sauna experience allows you to become one with nature. Experience process: 1. Please come to the campground management building for reception. 2. We will guide you to the sauna. You will be given instructions on how to use the sauna on-site. 3. If you have no further business after your visit, you can simply head home.
Two hours is the optimum time! In the past, many people have extended their stay, saying that one hour was not enough because the outdoor air felt so good. Please take your time and enjoy!
By pouring aromatic water (for a fee) onto the stones on the stove, steam is generated, instantly raising the perceived temperature by 10°C! This will make you sweat and get you ready for a dive into the cold water bath.

1. The stones in the river are very slippery. Wearing special shoes (included in the rental fee) will reduce slipping. 2. A helmet (included in the rental fee) will protect your head in the event of a fall, so be sure to wear one. 3. There are a few places where you cannot reach the bottom, but the buoyancy of a life jacket (included in the rental fee) is sufficient. 4. The guide will lead the way, but as it is a naturally flowing river, be careful of insects such as bees and horseflies, as well as snakes.
