Plan description

This plan allows you to cycle on the popular fat bike "MATE.BIKE" on Awaji Island. Awaji Island is full of seas, mountains, and stylish cafes. Why not try cycling on the cool! Cute! MATE? Awaji Island has many photogenic spots. Take photos with MATE in various places! It's sure to look even better! Since it's an electric assist bicycle, it's easy to drive, and above all, MATE is fun! The battery supports about 80km, so you can imagine cycling halfway around Awaji Island. The recommended route is to go from our shop to the west coast, then head north along the coastline and return to the east coast. Of course, you can plan your own cycling route before you leave!

Group size up to 6 people

We have 6 MATE bikes available, 3 of which are MATE X and 3 are MATE Fusion. MATE X is a model with wide tires and a large body. It is recommended for people over 160cm tall. MATE Fusion has slightly narrower tires and a slightly smaller body than X. Fusion is recommended for people under 160cm tall! Of course, the saddle and handlebars are adjustable, so people over 160cm tall can ride it comfortably.

About rental items	Backpacks, sunglasses, and ankle bands are available for free rental. New thin gloves are available for use.

Matters require attention	Children under 18 years old can ride, but must be accompanied by a guardian. Children under 140cm tall cannot ride.

Get off at JR "Maiko Station", change to a bus, get on at the Maiko Expressway Bus Stop, get off at Awaji IC "Higashiura Bus Terminal". We will provide a free shuttle from there.

If you arrive by other means of transportation

There is a bus from Kobe Airport and Sannomiya to Awajishima. Get off at Higashiura Bus Terminal at Awaji IC. We will provide a free shuttle from there.
