It's August, and it's an hour away from the scorching hot city. Just by descending from the highway into the river behind Akigawa, the last clear stream in Tokyo, you will find yourself in another world with a surprising sense of secludedness and coolness. This summer, why not try a waterfall tour and a dip in the clear stream recommended by a guide, where you can feel the overwhelming coolness with your whole body at a special valley spot in Hinode Village that you wouldn't think is in the same Tokyo? This summer, enjoy the best "summer vacation for adults" that you can only experience here! Hinode Village, a village in Tokyo that is currently a hot topic. The area where the north and south Akigawa Rivers join (where the Hinode Village Office is located) is the center of Hinode Village, so to speak, but there are many hidden spots where you can enjoy the beauty of several waterfalls and valleys just in the area not far from there. A way to enjoy the charm of Hinode Village to the fullest is to "tour around the waterfalls". It is the most luxurious way to enjoy visiting several "waterfalls" that are pleasant even if you just visit one. However, it is easier said than done. There are few buses, few parking lots, and the directions to each waterfall are complicated, so even if you just look at a map and try to get around, it can be quite difficult... So! We have planned a special tour where you can use the village's rental bicycles (electric) to go around selected waterfalls and valley spots at a good pace, accompanied by a guide who knows the charms of the village well. This is a special tour available only in the summer, guided by a guide (Jinken) who lives in Hinode Village!
