Plan description

Phantom Island offers a spectacular 360-degree view of the ocean, shining in seven colors! It appears only at low tide and submerges at high tide! Hamajima, the Phantom Island, is an uninhabited island created by nature, consisting of nothing but sandy beaches! It's one of the hidden gems you definitely want to visit when traveling to Ishigaki Island. Our tour offers afternoon tours, when it's less crowded. We recommend the afternoon hours. If you're lucky, you might even get the whole place to yourself. The 4-5 hour snorkeling course is a satisfying half-day experience, with a boat ride to Phantom Island taking about 25 minutes. Time at Hamajima is about 40 minutes. Snorkeling time is approximately 50 minutes per trip, traveling to Sekisei Lagoon. Recommended for those who want to both snorkel and land on Hamajima. We also recommend this tour for those under 5, those over 60, those with extreme aversion to the ocean or swimming, those with past fears, those with physical disabilities, and groups with only passengers. Even if you are only boarding the boat, you can not only watch from the boat, but also go ashore to take commemorative photos, collect seashells, and swim in the sea. Small children can also play in the sand and water, so you can enjoy a wonderful time on the island. Snorkeling explanations will also be given on the Phantom Island, not on the boat.
