Enjoy a yoga experience in English next to the Atomic Bomb Dome! A 60-minute small group yoga lesson to soothe your body and mind and relieve the fatigue of your trip. Everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced practitioners. Enjoy a moment of relaxation to make a memory of your stay in Hiroshima.

Fully bilingual instructors

An instructor with plenty of overseas teaching experience will carefully lead the yoga lesson. The instructor has the highest yoga qualification, the National Yoga Alliance 500-hour, so even beginners can feel at ease.

Spiritual yoga lessons for peace

We not only focus on shaping the body, but also on meditation and spirituality, providing you with the time to feel peace of mind and realize the ultimate goal of yoga, which is that "the world is one."

Deep relaxation with Tibetan singing bowls
