Plan description

A kayaking and trekking tour to enjoy the mangroves! Visit the crystal clear "Kura Falls", a very popular tourist spot on Iriomote Island. Kayak your way through the calm mangrove river and explore nature as you head to Kura Falls. If you wish, we will also provide free transportation for a Yubu Island water buffalo tour. You can enjoy the great nature of Iriomote Island while experiencing the rich ecosystem that is registered as a World Natural Heritage Site up close! *Children under elementary school age may be asked to share a paddle with an adult to row the canoe. *Yubu Island water buffalo admission fee is not included.

Mangrove forest kayaking experience

Explore the mangrove forest, a symbol of Iriomote Island's abundant nature, by kayak. You can enjoy bird watching and a unique ecosystem up close, and it's also a great spot for photography.

The magnificent Kura Falls
