From Osaka or Nagoya, take the Meishin Expressway "Kyoto Higashi IC" for about 30 minutes (about 33 km). From Fukui, take the Hokuriku Expressway "Kinomoto IC" for about 60 minutes (about 53 km). Parking fee: 1,000 yen (standard car/1 day) *If you are using this plan and can park after 11:00 a.m.
