This is a low-altitude relaxing aerial yoga session, performed in a hammock set up about 20cm above the floor. This is a rare and precious experience, as you can enjoy the view outdoors instead of indoors. Enjoy a low-altitude hammock yoga session with Agasa Sensei, who has a soothing aura, in the fresh air!

What is low-altitude hammock yoga?

The lesson is performed by placing the hammock at a low position. Since some part of the body is in contact with the mat, beginners and the elderly can participate with confidence. The lesson is carried out using the hammock as a support, so it is easy to entrust your body to the lesson, and even those who are stiff or not good at moving can relax and stretch and loosen their bodies. By slowly going through each pose, you can feel a deep relaxation effect. Please enjoy a pleasant time.
