Plan description

Lake Aoki in Nagano Prefecture is a very clear lake, so why not take a walk on the lake? The water level of Lake Aoki drops in winter, so you can enjoy a different lake in spring than in summer! Because the water temperature is low due to melting snow, wetsuits are recommended and only experienced SUP participants are allowed. Until the end of May, those who have never tried SUP will not be able to apply. If you are a complete beginner, we recommend the APC BASE1 (Lake Aoki Paddle Club) experience tour!! ~ Flow of the day ~ Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before your reservation time. ① Reception, changing clothes 10 minutes ② Explanation 5 minutes ③ Experience start Approximately 120 minutes (If you arrive late, the experience time may be shorter.) If you would like to wear a wetsuit, please let us know your height and gender when applying so that we can prepare it.
