Let's ride a SUP with the support of a guide! SUP is an activity similar to surfing where you ride a board with a paddle and enjoy the feeling of being unbalanced. Once you learn how to stand up and row, you can get a good view of the water, which is very interesting. Rustica's tours use the Mogami River with very little current and still water. Depending on how you play, you may end up tipping over or falling, but since the number of participants is small, the guide will follow you closely and support you as you row. The start and finish locations are different, so you can enjoy the change in scenery. Even first-timers are welcome to participate, as you will receive a safety explanation and lecture on operating procedures on land beforehand, and practice before starting. Each tour is held with a maximum of 4 people, and one or more guides will accompany them to give lectures and support. ☆Rustica's SUP experience uses the Mogami River in Yamagata, Tohoku, which shows its changing colors throughout the four seasons.
