Why don't you take a look inside yourself at Shirasato Beach Beach Yoga, free from the stress and hustle and bustle of everyday life? You will surely have a wonderful healing experience. It is also recommended during your Kujukuri trip or before or after surfing. Samate Yoga is a 2-minute walk from Shirasato Beach, which is located in the middle of Kujukuri Beach. Many surfers visit throughout the year, and the area is crowded with many beachgoers in the summer. In addition to the sea, there are many sightseeing spots and restaurants where you can enjoy local seafood, so why not try yoga for the first time or refresh yourself with beach yoga while sightseeing in Kujukuri? We also run a farm stay ~musubi~, so it is recommended for those who want to stay. Feel the sea breeze, listen to the sound of the waves, and relax your body with yoga to heal your daily fatigue.
