Plan description

Deep in the Shiretoko forest, you'll get lost unless you take a guided tour. We will take a walk through the primeval forest typical of Shiretoko on snowshoes. In the snow-covered and quiet forest, you can encounter traces of various wild animals and the rustling sounds of animals, which can only be experienced at this time of year. We will guide you through the forest where you would get lost without a guided tour. Aim for a superb view of the precipitous cliffs that spread beyond the forest.

With snowshoes, you can even go over the snow!

Wear the western kanjiki "snowshoes" prepared by Shinra on your own shoes and take a walk. If you're wearing snowshoes, you'll be fine even on the fresh, fluffy snow! It's like walking on clouds.

Encounter with wild animals

You may even encounter animals such as Ezo deer eating along the cliffs, Ezo red foxes walking freely, and Ezo flying squirrels on the trees!
