Plan description

For the fruits of the June season, we will make "strawberry jam" using high-quality "Kentaro" and "Yuki Lara"! This plan is a course that starts at 14:00. + ‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥‥ + Let's make jam using fruits and herbs. Since the harvest time varies depending on the fruit, the fruit used for jam varies depending on the season. Except when the fruits are harvested, use fresh, quick-frozen fruits in the best season. The finished product will be one bottle per person.

It is a jam making experience using fresh fruits produced at Jozankei Farm.

Jam is made using fruits produced in a farm surrounded by nature.

You can make it together and take it home.

You can put the jam in a jar and take it home. How about a memory of Hokkaido?

Please take the Jotetsu Bus "Kappa Liner" from Sapporo Station. Get off at the bus stop in front of Jozankei Shrine and transfer to our farm shuttle car. (Please let us know in advance)
