Izushi Dish Soba started when the Sengoku family changed their country from Shinano and brought a craftsman from Shinshu. The characteristic of Izushi soba is the plate soba served on a small plate of Izushi ware. Please enjoy the tradition of freshly ground, beaten and boiled buckwheat, which makes the best use of the natural color and aroma of ground buckwheat.
