当プランでは、久米島特産品の「球美のらー油」を使って簡単一品料理が学べます。
オンライン教室体験後は球美のらー油で、いつもの料理をピリ辛に味変して楽しむことができます。
らー油には唐辛子やヒハツモドキ、生姜などの体を温める香味野菜が入っていますので、身体ポカポカ健康促進に繋がります。

球美のらー油が手元に届く

菜種油で長ネギや生姜のダシをしっかりと抽出し、そのダシに黒糖やにんにく、久米島産の島唐辛子や海洋深層水の塩を加えた最初は甘く、あとからしっかりとした辛さのくる風味豊かなラー油が届きます。
マグロの刺し身ともやしの他、醤油などの調味料をご準備頂くだけで簡単ピリ辛の一品料理が作れます。
