冒険アドベンチャーの中で目的の達成やハプニングもチームで乗り越えて行きます。
自然の中の原始体験は大脳を刺激したり休ませたり、
ストレス発散効果は大きいです。
アイスブレイクから始まりー冒険スタート川,海,山に行き食糧調達したり　目的により柔軟に出来ます

滝行

沢登のゴールは滝、マインドフルネス、瞑想など自分と向き合ったりも出来ます
