Plan description

Approximately 10 Year Balloon performer BAN who has a performance background will teach. Participation is OK from a complete beginner.
Starting with the basics of balloon art, you will end up making a work that a professional will perform in a performance.

Participation fee for parent and child participation is elementary school student less as a child,
