Plan description

You can experience the martial arts that the samurai was learning.
It is a program for absolute beginners.
"Sitting and catching" where you can learn the basics of Koryu Jiu-Jitsu safely indoors.
You will experience three small swords (knife art) that you sit down and do as well as three sittings of a certain Kobudo school.

This is a martial arts culture created from the Japanese style of living, "Life with Tatami."
This includes self-defense techniques, including how to deal with a trapped arm.
