I will finish using authentic tools for authentic Kyoto confection "Nikiri Ri".
① 3-piece manufacturing course about 60 minutes ② 4-piece manufacturing course about 70 minutes

Neri-kiri work

Neri-kiri dough is cut into pieces and colored according to the sweets. You will carefully finish seasonal sweets using tools such as punches, bamboo spatula, and kuri-kinton.
