You cannot go to the Blue Cave if the waves are high. If there are any waves on the shore, it will be difficult to enter the sea and your beach entry will be cancelled. The operating rate is ``less than 30% per year'', so it is not possible to go to the Blue Cave very often, but boat entry allows you to enjoy the Blue Cave without being canceled as long as the sea conditions are within the range where it is safe to sail. The Blue Cave has a high participation rate of "over 70% per year"!
