Let's try these basic techniques of ramen making: "yugiri" (hot water draining), "aburi" (roasting) and "moritsuke" (arrangement) !
After the class, you can eat your ramen and enjoy it.
You can join this class with your friends and family as well! It would definitely be fun and unforgettable experience.
【RAMEN DINING JinGU】
This is the first and the last shop created by Hayato Ishiyama, a famous ramen expert.
An owner of the shop with 10 years of experience in ramen cooking, has worked hard to make a broth. Ramen with a beef bone broth is a new style ramen.
For beef we use Japanese black cattle meat cooked in a way to intensify its aroma.
We also have wines that go well with our ramen.
You must try it at least once.

A taste of ramen prepared by youself must be special! You can choose various toppings as much as you like!
Your ramen cooking and eating experience will be done within an hour, so join the class and enjoy it.
We recommend you to stroll around or go shopping in Harajuku before or after the class.
Yugiri・・・more difficult than it seems! You may drop your noodles on the floor, as accidents happen!
Aburi・・・you might be impressed to see the process of fillet roasting with a gas burner!
Moritsuke・・・very important finishing touch. Let's enjoy free toppings!

Ramen shop stands in the middle of Ura-Harajuku, known

In our stylish and quiet shop, you can also enjoy wine and
sake which go well with ramen.
Our location is just a 3-min. walk from Meiji-Jingumae Station by Tokyo Metro and a 7-min. walk from JR Harajuku Station.
