海のない奈良でも「魚は美味しい」を実感していただきたい！！

当店は魚屋の息子として、肉類を一切使用せず、
奈良の水産市場から、目利き・仕入・下処理・調理・提供まで、シェフが一貫して行っております。

地場野菜も、奈良県桜井市の農家「ルーラル・ヴィレッジ」の下で、
土作り・種まき・定植・水やり・収穫・出荷などの農作業を教わり、
野菜ができるまでの過程を把握し、料理に反映しております。

「美味しく」「楽しく」をモットーに、季節のコース料理を中心としたメニューとなっております。
