Plan description

Make your favorite dishes, cups, vases, etc. We will proceed with the experience of our workshop while looking at the sample, but at the end we will leave it to you. The resulting shape becomes the individual original shape. It is an experience where you can fully feel the difficulty and fun of glass. Please challenge!

Decide what you want to create

First, after explaining the basic flow of up to completion, while looking at the sample, we will determine the design of the thing you want to create. Item, please choose from, such as glass, vase, small bowl, small plates, carafes.

Blowing a gentle breath

[Making the lower ball] Wrap a small amount of glass around the tip of the blowing rod, and breathe in little by little in 2 to 3 times. Then, wrap the glass on top of it and take a little breath to make the overall size and shape of the bottom. [Narrowing down the mouth] Work to separate the glass.

Forming a full-fledged process

[Take the Ponte] Replace the glass with another rod and separate it from the blowing rod. [Molding (upper part)] Put the glass in a processing furnace to soften the glass and mold it. [Put it in a slow cooling furnace] Remove it from the rod and cool it slowly for about 15 hours. After cooling, check the bottom of the vessel, and if it is unstable, polish the bottom and hand it over the next day or later. We will either pick you up or ship it (shipping fee not included).
