This earthenware pot making class is suitable for everyone even if you are new to handcrafting. Create your pot and invite your friends for one-pot dinner. It might be a perfect wedding gift as well. Alternatively, you can create a small single-portion pot, a tajine pot or a gratin plate.​ ​ Give us a phone call for same-day booking!
Pottery classes are available in English on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, Sunday.

I can not really experience it! Full-scale original pot making

Within 2 hours you can create earthenware pots ranging from a small single portion to 4~5 portion size, alternatively, gratin plates or tajine pots.​ ​

Newcomers are very welcome!

Our studio is easy to access, within walking distance of 5 train stations with 4 subway lines. The Shiba park is near and the Tokyo Tower is just 10 minutes away. We are located in a quiet residential area.

    Dress code - Must bring items Tools and aprons are provided, but working with clay can get a bit messy, please do not wear clothes that you do not want to get dirty or stained.

    Guest user料金が高過ぎる

    9700円で2人で土鍋作り体験ができると記載があひましたがこれに別途焼き代が15000円近くかかりました
    9700円というのは体験料という名目のようですが、ろくなレクチャーもなく、デザインのサンプルも提示せずにいきなり考えてくださいと言われるのみで困惑…
    料金体系について説明もなく、体験終了後に2万円を超過した代金の請求に開いた口が塞がりませんでした
    体験費用だとしても割に合わず、そもそも体験費用よりも体験できない焼き代が高いということ、その説明が予約時にされないことが非常に不親切です
    これなら職人の作った高い土鍋を買った方が100倍マシです
    週末深夜のカラオケよりもコストパフォーマンスが悪いです

    陶芸体験は二回目です。前回は電動ろくろでコップと小鉢を作りました。今回は思い切って土鍋を作ってみることにしました。土鍋作りは電動ロクロで作品を作るのとは全く違う体験でした。粘土の塊を平たく伸ばしてそれを大きな土鍋用の型に被せて土鍋の形を作っていきます。電動ろくろに比べて装飾がたくさんできるのがてびねりの魅力かなと思います。自分も土鍋の形をある程度作った後はスタンプや針を使って土鍋に色んな模様を描き込んでいきました。自分だけのオリジナルの土鍋を作っていく感じがとても楽しく没頭してしまいました。蓋の取っ手や本体の取っ手も自由に作る事でき、どういう取っ手がいいのか考えるのが大変楽しかったです。土鍋は通常の体験よりも時間が長く、2時間あったのですが本当にあっという間の2時間でした。体験は作品を作るだけではなく、一度素焼きという工程をしたあと絵を描く事が出来るらしく折角おおきな作品を作ったので自分で描いてみることにしました。次の体験が楽しみです。
