Opened in March 2024 on Kappabashi Dougu Street, this unique soba experience store in Tokyo lets you try your hand at soba cutting without a reservation. The concept is a 30-minute soba cutting experience where you can immediately boil and eat the soba you cut on the spot. The store offers the rare opportunity to make Shinshu-grown juwari soba (gluten-free) without a reservation. You can enjoy your own freshly made juwari soba as a delicious dish. This food entertainment store has become popular among Japanese people!
浅草の問屋街”かっぱ橋”道具街通りに新しくオープンした、信州産の十割そばを予約なしで作って食べられる、そば打ち体験ショップ「SOBAGIRI楽常」さんへ取材に行ってきました。
