We offer an authentic Japanese cooking experience, starting with dashi stock, in a kitchen near Arashiyama, Kyoto. From sushi rolls with wagyu beef and seafood, to miso soup, rolled omelets, and seasonal side dishes, we will carefully teach foreign tourists in English the joys of home cooking. As a registered dietitian, we will also take health into consideration, and we will provide a dashi pack and recipes as a souvenir. Even beginners can participate with confidence. It will be a special memory of your trip to Kyoto.
