Okutama Rafting, Canoeing, Kayaking, SUP / Concept"Concept" is currently hosting experiential river activities in Okutama, Tokyo! We have a variety of programs that beginners and groups can enjoy with ease and peace of mind, including the "Tama River Rafting Tour" which involves rafting down the 4km rapids of the Tama River, the "Lake Shiromaru Canoe and Kayak Experience Tour" at Tokyo's oasis Lake Shiromaru, and the "Okutama SUP Experience Tour". Our theme is "adults can enjoy themselves at their own pace". For example, the base of our rafting tours is conveniently located near the station and the river, so there is less travel time compared to other companies, and you can "relax" on the river instead. Another selling point is our slightly luxurious lunch and BBQ service. There is a generous 3-hour time limit on the private wooden terrace overlooking the river. You can relax and enjoy the healing nature in a private space. "Mitsuke Canoe School" is currently hosting a canoe school where you can learn how to go down the river by yourself. 操作方法を丁寧に説明いただき、個々のスキルに応じて色々と提案していただけるので、初めての方でも十二分に楽しめると思います。
ずーっと挑戦してみたかったSUP！奥多摩の緑と白丸湖の清涼感に、めちゃくちゃ楽しかった！&癒されました！！
ここのスクールの決め手は、やはり駅近なこととでしたが、行ってみたら可愛く心の広〜いにゃんズ社員の皆様が温かく迎えてくれました！
初めてのSUPで不安もありましたが、後半は立って楽しむことが出来ました。
湖の木陰はとても涼しくて、ボードに寝転がって目を瞑れば、聞こえるのは、静かな水音と木の葉が風に揺れる中で蝉と鳥の囀りのみ。
最高の贅沢な時間を満喫させて頂きました。

白丸湖はリバーハウスから車で10分ほどの距離です。マイクロバスで送迎してもらえます。
カヤックは初めてだったので、持ち物はじめ事前に情報を送ってもらうことができたので助かりました。
リバーハウスで防水ジャケットとシューズ、そしてライフジャケットを借りました。
貴重品は預かってもらえます。その他の荷物は更衣室に置いて出かけます。
パドルから水が落ちてくるので、ひっくり返らなくても水に濡れます。カヤックの中にも少し水が溜まるくらいです。
白丸湖を上から下まで漕いで回ります。後半は流れのある上流側にも行くので、初心者でも逆流を上るのを楽しめます。
SUPの皆さんもたくさん居るので、接触しないように早目に方向転換をするのが安全です。
季節的に寒くもなくて、水に濡れても楽しめます。
一回では技術をマスター出来ないので、またトライしてみたいです。

初めてのSUP体験でドキドキしましたが、スタッフの方は皆さん親切で不安も吹き飛び充分楽しめました。都内からも近いし、景色は最高だし何度も訪れたくなりますね。レンタルも無料でお値段が良心的。ありがとうございました！
