Our staff, who love rivers and mountains, will take you to the great outdoors of the Yoshino River in a fun and safe way. For rafting, we have courses for all ages, from 3 years old and up. There is the Oboke Course (half day) and the Koboke Course (full day), which go down completely different sections. For small preschool children, we go further upstream on the gentle Otoyo Course. You can choose your desired level, whether you want to have some light fun or pursue heavy rapids. And Happy Raft is the only place on the Yoshino River where you can experience canyoning! We will take you to a secret valley full of negative ions. Enjoy authentic canyoning learned from Europe.

4歳の娘も岩場から飛び込んでしまうぐらい、アドレナリンが出まくっていました！

激流の中をボートで進んだり、高いところから飛び降りたりなどスリル満点でした。
ボードに乗るだけではなく、川に入り泳ぐこともできたので、暑い夏の日は非常に気持ちよかったです。すごく楽しかったので、また行きたいです。

All have RAJ (Japan Rafting Association) qualifications. In addition, there are also guides with the world's top level NZRA (New Zealand Rafting Association) Grade 4.5 qualification and Grade 4.5 senior (one rank higher than usual). Only Happy Raft has many guides who have the experience of flying around the world in search of torrents!
Our handmade bagels are baked with love. They are so chewy and soft you'll be hooked once you try them! All-day tours include an all-you-can-eat bagel sandwich lunch. You can also enjoy them before or after the half-day tour. Please enjoy them at our spacious base overlooking the river.
Happy Guest House, run by the guides and staff of Happy Raft, is a lovely adaptation of an old house in the mountains where the Heike clan's refugees hid. For guests coming from far away, we offer a nearby, convenient, and very affordable lodging. We can also introduce you to other accommodations in the area.

He fell in love with the Yoshino River and moved to Iwahara Village, Otoyo Town. He is now an indispensable figure in the Iwahara area. He has strong ties with the local people. He has been featured in the media many times and is a celebrity in the river industry. He has rafted and kayaked in over five countries for 23 seasons. Mark, who is also known as the "naughty boy of rapids", loves the high waters of Koboke. But he is also an amazing person who pays close attention to detail.
