【Course Outline】The course takes place in Toke region, located in the middle of Chiba peninsula (about 30 minutes from both Tokyo Bay and the Pacific Ocean). This area is the highest elevation in Chiba City and is upstream of three rivers (Kashima River, Murata River, and Konaka River) that flow into the Pacific Ocean, Tokyo Bay, and Tone River. This course takes advantage of this topography to provide a mindful experience of letting the current of the Boso Peninsula's water veins flow through you (surrendering your body and mind to gravity). At some points, we will allow 3 to 5 minutes to get away from the mindset of "I have to do something" and have a time to be in a state of blank amazement (a time to let 1) Breath of sapiens Zen walk (approx 3.6km) along the dragon vein from Showa-no-mori park, the highest natural park in Chiba City and one of the largest in Chiba Prefecture. 2) Yomogi (Mugwort) herb steaming sauna (by Megumi aka Meguru_kenko.pro)3) Omakase sushi with the ingredients (except some fishes) that are produced by the same community (by Shinya aka sushi_sapiens))

This is a tour of Aokigahara Jukai (a 500-year-old virgin beech forest around Mt. Omuro) and surrounding caves (Motosu Ice Cave, Fuji Wind Cave), and is mainly trekking, so it is not mountain climbing. This tour is open to preschoolers and elementary school students. Let's explore together a mysterious world surrounded by lava, a cave created by the eruption of Mt. Fuji. You can also pick up and drop off at my home in Aokigahara Jukai or Kawaguchiko Station. I will travel by my car. I will apply to each local government to enter the national forest in Yamanashi Prefecture and to enter the Fuji Wind Cave. that's all. We'll be expecting you. There is a minimum number of participants, and reservations for 2 families are required for 5 or more people.

Electric cycling and exploring unexplored areas at a hidden spot just over an hour west of Shinjuku! A local guide will take you on a special route through the scenery of nature and Satoyama, which is hard to believe that you are in Tokyo. With the help of an electric assist, you can easily climb the slope, encounter a huge tree, greet the fish swimming in the clear stream, throw stones in the river, take a break on the wooden deck overlooking the valley, and buy some local sweets. This is a fulfilling tour where you can enjoy the beauty of the valley, nature, and hidden spots that you won't believe are in Tokyo, as if they were attractions. For lunch, you can enjoy a special Cuban sandwich lunch box while relaxing on an outdoor chair in the valley (canyon chairing experience) (both the chairing and lunch box are included in the price). Enjoy the luxury of sitting by the water, listening to the sound of the water, and doing nothing. The highlight of the afternoon tour is a river trekking experience where you wear waterproof clothing to keep your feet dry and walk through a secret valley stream to feel like an explorer and visit a hidden waterfall in Tokyo! Participants must be 135cm tall or above, and can be enjoyed by friends or family. After river trekking, we will run along the river and return to the back mountain base, and the tour will end... If you wish, you can use the rental bicycle as is and move around freely, so you can split up with the guide and go further through the countryside and valley scenery, and even aim for a hot spring footbath. (We will give you a map and explain it so you don't get lost.)Meet and dissolve at the Tokyo Urayama Base, right in front of Musashi Itsukaichi Station. This tour includes everything you need, including bicycle rentals and other rental items, so there's no need for troublesome preparation or cleanup. Feel free to join us empty-handed.
