A 2-day, 1-night tour of Omikawa-tei, an old folk house with a history of over 150 years since the Edo period, located in Tako-cho, Chiba Prefecture, with overnight stay. On the first day, participants enjoyed sweets and coffee at a cafe in the town, followed by a tour of a Japanese temple and a Japanese sweets making experience. Was a great way to spend 45 minutes. Our tour men paddled us down the river near the cherry blossom trees. We stopped at one of the blossom canopies where a traditional tea ceremony was hosted by the japanese husband and wife team. I was glad I did it.
