ラフティングは未経験だったので始めるまで無事終えられるか不安と期待でいっぱいでしたが、結果的に大満足でした！ 少人数制のガイドサービスを売りとしているようで、ラフティングメンバー分けは年齢層や経験者の有無でざっと割り振り、内容もそれに応じてflexibleに対応しているようです。 私がいたチームはラフティング経験ありの若い女の子たちと一緒だったので、ガイドさんは何度も川に落ちるようなアクティビティを仕掛けてくれたり、落ち着いた流れのところでは泳がせてくれたりと、たくさん遊ばせてくれました。 これに対し、お子さんを含むご家族連れや未経験の方が多めのチームの方はそこまでハードなことはさせていなかったような印象です。 また、コースもその日のコンディションで距離等を決めているようで私が行った日は久しぶりの晴れ&水位増だったらしく、長めに設定してもらえました。 着替えやラフティングの説明、すべてにおいてわかりやすく、テンポもよく時々冗談を混ぜながらとにかく笑いが絶えないような配慮を感じ、最後までとても楽しくかつリラックスして過ごせました。 更衣室やトイレも常に清潔にしている印象です。 ウェットスーツやシューズなどもとても綺麗で快適でした。春は激流で更なるスリルを味わえるそうなので、春もぜひH2Oさんで経験したいです。また行きます！この度は本当にありがとうございました！
