This is a half-day tour of the Mangrove National Park Special Protection Area for a small group of up to 4 people. This is a SUP tour in the mangroves of Amami Oshima, a World Heritage Site. This course includes a lecture on the experience (plus) paddle form instruction, quick turn practice, how to paddle faster, ocean conditions, wind conditions, and slope conditions. This is a course with breaks in between, so you can acquire basic knowledge and skills. Of course, you can take this course first, not from our 120-minute course, and try your first SUP challenge.
