This course includes a lecture on the experience (plus) paddle form instruction, quick turn practice, how to paddle faster, ocean conditions, wind conditions, and slope conditions. We will also teach you self-rescue (crisis management and escape methods when doing SUP) and other various curriculums, and we will teach you in a full 2.5 hours. This is a course with breaks in between, so you can acquire basic knowledge and skills. Of course, you can take this course first, not from our 120-minute course, and try your first SUP challenge. This course is recommended for those who want to rent SUP overseas or at other resorts and enjoy it. Recommended for those who want to improve their SUP skills. After the school, you will step up to a level where you can enjoy SUP by yourself with confidence.
This is not just an experience, but a lecture on the beach will teach you the basics, including the names of the gear, and after you go out onto the water, you will learn paddling in three different paddle positions, turns and techniques in each position, and a fast paddling method for standing paddles (paddle streaks used when racing). You will learn paddling techniques for nearly two hours. We will also coach you on self-rescue.
After the school, you will surely step up to a level where you can enjoy SUP by yourself. Why not take a peek into the depths of SUP, from basic to advanced? Next, try SUP surfing.
Accidents while SUP are common because of a lack of basic knowledge. You need to understand the conditions of the ocean and the wind, and control them so that you can self-rescue. This course teaches you authentic paddling skills that you won't find anywhere else. Plan attractions
Perfect for a customer in his 70s Yesterday, we had a customer in his 70s join us. At first, he was a little worried about whether he could paddle, but after a thorough lesson, he was able to paddle with a big smile on his face.
Sea turtles also appeared during the lesson. In front of our chop is a spot where many sea turtles live. When I was nervous during the lesson, the turtles came up to take a breath and had a big smile on their faces.
A lesson with like-minded friends Yesterday we had a lesson for seven boys. Everyone was very motivated, and in the second half there were some waves so we tried SUP surfing, which was our first experience of surfing.

With a small number of people, the instructor firmly supports and guards the customer. Activities such as SUP and surfing at Reef Point are free of charge Reef shoes can be rented, and for customers who are not good at swimming, we have prepared buoyancy life vests for each size and activity. At our company, in-house training and rescue in the water are regularly given to each instructor to improve their skills so that the instructor can give a solid lecture. For each activity, we emphasize the condition of the day, select points (slopes), check the weather thoroughly, and do our best to ensure that our customers can have a safe and enjoyable time.
