I loved having a special morning at the studio. I was picked up at the station and driven to the studio. The teacher had everything set up and he explained what we were doing today. He was very kind and approachable. He even played me music and we chatted while making pottery. After I had the chance to check out the studio shop and bought beautiful pieces. He will be glazing and finishing the pieces himself and will ship them to me. I couldn’t have had a better experience. It’s such a lovely place and afterwards he dropped me at the Giant Buddha temple. Very nice and will be recommending!

全てが初めての体験でしたが、楽しく過ごす事ができました。先生も丁寧に優しく教えてくれました。電動ろくろ、難しいけど集中するので時間もあっという間でした。小学生の子供も楽しめていました。 作品の出来上がりが楽しみです。次は電動ろくろではないものも、やってみたいです。

I had a wonderful time with two lovely, patient teachers guiding me through making a heart shaped bracelet. Despite our language barrier (Google translate for the win!) we still managed to have a laugh and make a beautiful bracelet. Highly recommend this experience, it was a perfect activity for a cold day.
