Oyaki is made by dissolving wheat flour in water, kneading it, and wrapping bean paste made from red beans and vegetables. To put it plainly, is it a bun? ?? This is made all over Nagano prefecture, and the taste varies depending on the shop and home. At Kayabuki no Yakata, the surface is lightly baked by steaming. The skin and the bean paste inside are all handmade! It will be an experience of making such Shinshu soul food "Oyaki" with a local mother. In Shinshu, people of all ages are enjoying themselves. The Tenryu River Wasen Kudari takes about 6 kilometers from River Port Benten to River Port Tokimata in 35 minutes. The meeting is at river port time.
