"GEISHA BOY" is a geisha transformation experience plan supervised by Takafuji Ukon, the second generation of Takafuji School of Creative Japanese Dance, who is also active on the world stage as a female impersonator. Members of Asakusa Ukonya, a professional dance group led by Ukon, will transform you into a wonderful female impersonator. A kimono professional will dress you, so there's no need to worry about your kimono coming undone! Why not put on a kimono and stroll through Iroha Yokocho on an autumn evening while enjoying a drink? We have a wide selection of kimonos, from fashionable original kimonos created by designer Rika Yanagiya to antique, pop, and traditional kimonos. For couples, we also have matching kimonos available! Please bring your favorite footwear and bag, or comfortable mules. We can also buy your rental kimono upon request.
