A professional photographer will take pictures of your natural expressions during the experience! Ready within 20 minutes! Teaching the Japanese families daily Japanese-style recipes with seasonal ingredients in English. Recipes and ingredients fit seasons and seasonal events. The key of Japanese-style meal (main dish, side food, soup and dessert) as 'how to make dashi (culinary cornerstones)' will be operated in each class. Japanese-style dishes are going to be more delicious based on dashi.​ ​​ ​​ ​ Small class teaching with the atmosphere of feeling like home.​ ​ Build your Japanese community by Japanese-style meal.​ ​ Explanations on ingredients and seasonings through demonstrations. "Chara-ben", a kind of bento which shapes rice and side dishes into manga and anime characters, is a unique culture of animation advanced country Japan, attracting attentions all over the world. In this plan, we gonna introduce you how to make a  Chara-ben into popular characters among foreigners such as Kumamon and Totoro in English. This will be an experience of making a very cute chara-ben decorated with seaweed and cheese easily. It will be too cute to be ate.  It is a new attempt to let foreigners get connections with Japanese culture through Japanese-style food. 3 minutes walk from JR Omori Station, Tokyo①A calligraphy experience class will be held in the grounds of Omori Sanno Hie Shrine. In an ancient Japanese-style room, you can write kanji and kana using real brushes, Japanese paper, ink, and inkstones. All tools will be provided here, so please come empty-handed. You can take home the work you have written (if you wish, we will provide a frame and a seal). The instructor is a Bunka Calligraphy Higher Master and also teaches at several calligraphy classes in Tokyo. ②On the second floor of the same building, we hold lessons for the Iwama-ryu Aikido class, and if the time is right, you can also observe and experience it. In addition to physical techniques, there are also weapon techniques (using swords, canes, and daggers). ③In addition, simple tea utensils will be provided upon request, so you can experience the tea ceremony by making your own matcha. ④Nearby is Omori Shell Mound Park, where you can take a stroll and feel the Jomon period.
