Playing in the water in the great outdoors. Children can practice fluttering with their feet in the water, or start by getting used to the water. As you get used to it, you will gradually face your father and mother and play a rock-paper-scissors game while balancing, lie down on the board, throw a ball, and do various programs according to each pace. ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Reception, facility information, explanation for safety on the water 10 minutes ② Change of clothes 10 minutes ③ Explanation of flow and precautions before playing SUP 5 minutes ④ SUP play 50 minutes

Paddling the paddle standing on top of the board, and guidance recent vogue of SUP (the stand-up paddle board) 2 hours firmly. If you approach do not know at all, who can not ride very well, those who want to improve, we instructed to firmly progress.
家族で参加しました。初めてのSUPでしたが、とても楽しめました。インストラクターの方も丁寧にご指導くださり有り難かったです。天気も良くて海を満喫することが出来ました。全身筋肉痛になりましたが、また是非チャレンジしたいです。
