Kana was an amazing instructor with great patience and encouragement. She thoroughly showed the ropes of kneading the clay with 'flower' shaping as prep; wheeling to further prep the clay by 'killing' it before giving it life with your creation/expression. Simply put, she showed a firsthand demo overlayed with explanations behind the underlying philosophical concepts. I really enjoyed her teaching and she was very encouraging through all my failures. Highly recommend it for first-timers, solos, couples, friends, fam, and all ages - so much fun!

I have minimal experience with cloisonne (only have used the sand kits) and was thrilled to be able to try it for real. My teacher was great, Google translate helped anything we needed to say and I came out with a gorgeous necklace I'll treasure forever! Can't recommend enough, go do this! It is good for very beginners or experienced people, as it can be adjusted to your personal skill level.
