Tour code: A1-RT1A-000120 Depart from Kumamoto City! A bus trip where you can fully experience the charm of Amakusa! This is a great deal that includes a round-trip bus ticket for the "Amakusa-go" between Kumamoto City and Hondo Bus Center + a guided sightseeing bus "Amakusa Gurutto Sightseeing Bus". It is much more economical than buying them separately! This is a packed course that visits the Oe Sakitsu Church, a symbol of Amakusa's Christian culture, which is a component asset (Sakitsu Village in Amakusa) of the World Cultural Heritage "Hidden Christian Sites in the Nagasaki Region", and three museums that convey the history of Christianity to the present. (The number of stops at the Amakusa Christian Museum varies depending on the boarding time.) The Miyajidake Scarecrow Village Roadside Station on the course is a roadside station that reused the abandoned Miyajidake Elementary School, and is the first of its kind in western Japan! It is a very rare roadside station. Please have lunch at the Scarecrow Village Roadside Station Restaurant on your own. (Lunch will be served at Amuri on closed days: 1st and 3rd Wednesdays) There is also a great value "round trip viewing ticket" available! You can purchase it on the day. With this ticket, you can visit all four museums for just 600 yen, instead of the usual 1,000 yen for one adult (Amakusa Christian Museum, Amakusa Collegio Museum, Amakusa Rosario Museum, and Sakitsu Museum Minatoya sell the "round trip viewing ticket" which allows you to visit all four museums at a discount).

Hinohara Village is the only village on land in Tokyo. Deep inside the village, on a ridge well over 700m above sea level, lies the old house "Kyu Kobayashi Family Residence". Built in the mid-Edo period (more than 320 years ago), this mountain house is literally an "old house in the sky". This tour, which takes you there by mountain monorail that goes straight up a super steep slope of nearly 45 degrees, is an extremely extraordinary experience that will leave a deep impression on your memory, both geographically and historically, as well as physically. The tour meets at the Tokyo Back Mountain Base in front of JR Musashi-Itsukaichi Station, and includes transportation to the site by private car. *Hinohara Village has been designated as a national ecotourism promotion area, and as an exception, transportation to the ecotour site by car is permitted. (Your accompanying guide, Jinken, is a certified eco-tour guide for Hinode Village.) For lunch, you will be served at the Kobayashi Family House, with a lunchbox of light snacks (Cuban sandwiches) made specially for the Tokyo Urayama Base, and coffee brewed with water that participants themselves will have drawn from a special spring in the area. After experiencing the old mountain house, we will move on to another highlight of the day. We will stop at Kanoto Rock, a power spot known only to those in the know, and walk along the valley using chains. Here, too, you can experience a part of the local mountain worship and lifestyle culture. On the way back, we will cross a suspension bridge over the valley just beyond the Akigawa River from the village and enjoy a foot bath at a popular local hot spring. Once your feet are warm, we will head to a local cafe renovated from an old house, recommended by our guide (Jinken). We will take a break at CAFE POUND, the most popular cafe in the area, renovated from a Showa-era house by the owner himself. A private car will pick you up from the station, and you will be accompanied by a Hinode Village certified eco-tour guide. It will be a very fulfilling day where you can experience the lifestyle and culture of a mountain village. This is a premium tour with a capacity of only 6 people. (Participation is possible from one person. However, the minimum number of participants for the tour is 2 people.)

Let's start a beautiful journey today Noboribetsu (about 60 minutes) In the ruins of a volcano in Noboribetsu, Hokkaido, there remains a grassy area with a diameter of about 450 meters formed about 10,000 years ago. Noboribetsu Jigokudani got its name because it smells of sulfur and looks like you are in hell. Oyunuma is the remains of a crater formed when Hiyoriyama erupted, and sulfur springs at about 130 degrees gush out from the bottom of the pond, which is the source of Noboribetsu's main hot spring inns. There is an observation deck here where you can see the steaming lake right in front of you, and you can also walk around and experience the lake up close. As you walk around the lake, you can smell the sulfur, and you can see the hot springs that are always smoking and bubbling, and the yellow sulfur balls floating on the lake's surface are particularly noticeable. To experience a foot bath in nature, you have to walk a long mountain path. The mountain path is probably to protect the primitive ecosystem, but the view is worth the trip. The actual scenery is much more beautiful than in the photos. In winter, scenic spots are closed due to road conditions. Sightseeing around Lake Toya (approximately 120 minutes including free lunch time, the order of tours may change depending on traffic conditions, pick-up and drop-off conditions, and length of stay) Showa Shinzan Wakuma Ranch (60 minutes): On December 28, 1943, a strong earthquake occurred near Mount Usu on the shores of Lake Toya. The view from Hosooka Observatory, also known as the "Great View," is spectacular, and on a clear day you can see the Akan Mountains. Watching the sunset from Hosooka Observatory has also become popular recently. The untouched Hosooka Observatory is an observation deck that cannot be reached by large tourist buses. There is also a course that combines the Norokko train ride, where you can ride one way through the marsh from Kushiro city to Hosooka Observatory to Kushiro city, and then take a taxi back to see the Kushiro Marsh from a different angle.

Nokogiriyama is known as a lesser known mountain on the Boso Peninsula. With its jagged ridgeline resembling the teeth of a saw, and the remains of the quarry where Boso stone was quarried by the stone-cutting industry until the Showa era, it looks like an abandoned building, and this otherworldly space that appears in the middle of nature has become popular. On this tour, you will pass through the streets of Kanaya, which once flourished as a stone-cutting industry, and climb the "Sharikko Road," a road that once transported quarried stone, with a guide. While enjoying the climb, which is low above sea level but has a large elevation difference, you will feel the breath of the craftsmen of the time, and trace the history of how Boso stone supported Japan's modernization and declined over time.

A private trekking tour with a guide around the sights of Mt. Nokogiri, a lesser-known mountain on the Boso Peninsula. This is a special tour that allows you to enjoy the sights of Mt. Nokogiri, a unique mountain where the remains of the stone-cutting industry that supported the region and the Buddhist world of Nihon-ji Temple are back to back, all in one day!
