外国人2人を含め、初体験の6人で伺いました。事前の電話連絡で印象が良かったので、期待しておりました。 期待通り、玄そば挽き、混ぜる、こねる、延ばす、たたむ、切るとフルコース丁寧な指導で全員満足いたしております。 2人ほどは途中修理不可能になってしまいましたが、各自自分で作ったそばの味は格別でした。 川越市中心からは少々離れていますが、霞ヶ関駅からタクシー利用すれば10分ぐらいで着きます。
