"Otofu" is one of Kyoto's representative ingredients. You will make soy milk and okara, and make everything from "Oboro tofu" to "Momen tofu". The freshly made "Oboro tofu" is exceptionally delicious, and can only be tasted during this experience! The finished "Otofu" is then boiled in hot water and enjoyed. *The experience will be a collaborative effort in groups of 2-3 people.
