Make the Atami Plum Festival more free and fun! The JOY Cart, which was very popular at last year's Momiji Festival, will also be available at the Plum Festival! The JOY Cart is a pedestrian mobility that moves at walking speed. It is an electric mobility that does not require a license and can be easily ridden by anyone, from young people to seniors. It can move smoothly and comfortably even in the plum garden with many slopes, and even those with weak legs and those who come in a wheelchair can enjoy the plum festival with their companions. It is also very popular with families with children! Children and grandchildren encourage seniors to "Try riding!" and the whole family enjoys a stroll with smiles. Seniors also enjoy the plum garden, saying "This is an easy way to get around!". It is also popular among young people as a stylish and new way of moving around. At the Momiji Festival, the JOY Carts received a succession of smiles and excited comments such as, "I was so happy to be able to move around freely!", "I had given up on ever being able to explore the plum garden again, but thanks to the JOY Cart I was able to get around. I'll come again.", and "I'm glad I came to Atami." At the Plum Festival, you can enjoy the same kind of smile-filled experience.
