The jungle, tree tunnels, tidal flats, and swarms of crabs are all extraordinary experiences. ⑤ Mangrove Park disbanded I hope you have the best memories of your trip.・About the tides Since mangroves are close to the ocean, the tides have a big effect on their location. This is a tour where you can row a canoe at both high and low tides. However, when the tide is high, the canoe travels through the channels inside the mangroves, and when the tide is low, the tidal flats appear, so they land on the tidal flats. If you have a preference, please let us know when making your reservation.・About tour safety The guide for this tour will be an instructor who has taken a kayak training program. Amami Oshima was registered as a World Natural Heritage Site in 2021. As the reason for its registration is ``biodiversity,'' this island has many unique flora and fauna. Yuwandake is the most important place where many endemic species live. There are two routes to climb Mt. Yuwandake, but on this tour, you will walk up the wooden stairs from the 9th parking lot to the observation deck and shrine near the top. It's not a mountain trail, so it's easy to walk, and you can observe plants unique to Mt. Yuwandake along the way. (Anyone who has no problem walking or going up and down stairs in daily life can participate. The walk will take about 30 minutes each way.) On a clear day, you can see a wide view of Amami Oshima from the observation deck. However, as the name ``cloud forest'' suggests, Mt. Yuwandake has a unique environment where clouds and fog gather throughout the year, and there is a lot of rain. Therefore, if you're lucky you can see the view from the observation deck, but for me (the guide), the real view is on rainy days. We want you to enjoy this natural environment! After Mt. Yuwandake, we will stop at Materia Falls to take commemorative photos and have tea time. Date: Meet at Naze Sports Park in Amami City or pick up at hotel ↓ Transfer to Mt.
