This will be an experience tour where you will use a hammer to break down fallen trees that you have captured in your local forest and your own garden to search for adult (hibernating) stag beetles and larvae. As there is a limit to the number of rotten trees, we will be holding individual events for each family, and depending on the number of rotten trees we have in stock, we will be able to accommodate your request, so we look forward to hearing from you. The trapping time is one hour in your home's garden, followed by explanation, splitting the fallen wood, and searching for fallen wood in the nearby forest (near Fuchu and Chofu). Thank you.

The tour usually starts at 10:00 with pick-up from your hotel in Yokohama or meeting at a major station. If you would like to make "Chicken Ramen" (90 minutes) at the Cup Noodles Museum or visit the Kirin Beer Factory (90 minutes), please contact us as reservations are required. Reservations are not required for "Cup Noodle Making (about 45 minutes)", but we recommend starting the tour at 9:30 as it is on a first-come, first-served basis. There are many sightseeing spots in Yokohama, so we will suggest a course according to your wishes. We also guide you to Kamakura, Tokyo, and Disneyland the next day. For lunch, we will take you to Chinatown, of course, but also to long-established soba restaurants, beef hotpot restaurants, cutlet restaurants, and restaurants that popularized Neapolitan. We will be holding a river creature exploration for parents and children, so we look forward to your participation. On the day, please gather at the meeting place, rent waders (30 sets in stock, free of charge, from 15cm to 28cm), put on gloves, turn over stones, and catch fish and crayfish. Please bring a marine scrub, as it is required from spring, the end of March to autumn and the end of October. During the cold water period from winter to spring, they do not move, so you can catch them with your bare hands. The main targets for capture are turtles, frogs, catfish, mitten crabs, striped shrimp, Yamato swamp shrimp, American crayfish, Ukigoi, Chichibu, loach, Moroko, Motsugo, Japanese river snail, Taiwanese clam, dragonfly nymph, and river insects. Many creatures live behind the stones and many hide underneath, so turn over a lot of stones to see them. It is easier to catch them in the winter observation session. We look forward to your participation and application. If you want to take some fish home, please bring a plastic case and a bubbler (battery-operated, only the fish need oxygen). There are many paid parking lots at the meeting point. They are located in and around the market. We will meet 10 minutes before the meeting point on the day and move there. Experience rummaging around the rocks in Kanagawa Prefecture, and observe shellfish, crabs, octopus, sea urchins, sea slugs, fish, and hermit crabs. This tour takes place around 2 hours before and after low tide. The host will provide all the equipment, including waders, long sleeves, silly boots, nets, cases, and gloves for children and adults. Please wear a swimsuit (waders over your everyday clothes from October onwards) and marine shoes. What to bring: Marine shoes (from the end of March to October), swimsuit, rash guard, spats, drinks, hat, rucksack, plastic case for taking home + bubble (battery-powered oxygen supply machine) What to prepare on your side: silly boots (from November to mid-March), net, storage bucket On the day, please take the Keihin Kyuko line + bus or car to the designated point. Meet 2 hours before low tide, explain the precautions, play on the rocks, and finally hold a briefing on the creatures. Please bring a plastic case if you want to take home the fish. A bubble will be required for the fish. The start and next time will change depending on the time of low tide, so please be sure to check before coming to the meeting place. Meet at Chofu Station or Fukadai Fureai no Sato and go around 6 spots in the Nogawa River on an electric bicycle (with front and rear child seats, children's bicycles are available in various sizes). The tour lasts 2 hours. In the first half, you will fish for carp and catfish with bread. Even children can easily catch them, but the average size is about 60 cm, so you may not be able to catch them. The pull is strong, so please do your best to catch them. In the second half, if the fishing conditions are not good, you will experience searching the river in waders (free fool boots) or marine shoes. The creatures that can be caught are mainly Japanese mitten crabs, Moroko, Minnows, Japanese chibu, Yoshinobori, loach, Ukigori, black killifish, crayfish, and turtles. You can also take them home.
