This is an experience program that allows you to learn about sumo, a traditional Japanese culture. You can experience sumo wrestling by introducing the content and rules of sumo wrestling training, and actually challenging former sumo wrestlers. The program will be conducted in Japanese or English, or both, depending on the customer's nationality. This is a bonfire experience at the foot of the Shirakami Mountains, a World Heritage Site. You can participate empty-handed. A camping instructor will support you from starting the fire, so even beginners can feel at ease. It is possible all year round. In winter, you can experience the feeling of camping in the snow. If you wish, you can also experience batoning and feather stick making. The experience time is about 2 hours. The Northern Alps International Art Festival 2024 will be held from Friday, September 13th to Monday, November 4th, 2024. Upon request, you can enjoy art on a SUP. If you would like to enjoy the art, you will need to purchase an appreciation passport or individual appreciation ticket. Just looking at Kurobe Dam is amazing! If you walk with a guide, you won't miss the highlights, and if you listen to the guide's stories, you will be impressed many times over!
